Full moon flow


Vinyasa is more than just a flowy style of yoga, Vinyasa is to live in harmony with the cycles of our bodies and nature. Whether we are observing the cycles of our breath; inhale and exhale, the pulse of our heartbeat,  the rise and fall of the sun each day, monthly moon cycles, the seasons, years, life-cycles; this is what is means to be living in the flow, the essence of vinyasa yoga. 


In this mini workshop Full Moon Sadhana we will cover yogic and life practises to harness the power of the Full Moon as we move into the waning phase (increasing darkness) toward New Moon.  This will include pranayama, meditatoins and asana sequences (postures)  as well as explanations of why it is important to conserve personal (internal) energy at this time and tie up loose ends (external energy conservation)

Join Amanda for this interactive class, integrating the framework and teachings of Vinyasa flow yoga into daily life.
