sunday sesh | Ayurvedic Pitta Balancing | withwSuzi Rice

If you have spent the last few months busy celebrating, enjoying the abundant sunshine and a potentially acidic diet (alcohol, sugar and other goodies) this one's for you. 

Join Suzi Rice this two hour workshop you will be introduced to the Pitta Dosha and explore what it means to experience balanced and imbalanced pitta levels. Participants will explore diet, breathing exercises, and activities to pacify the Pitta dosha. We will move through a 60 minute cooling flow and mindful meditation to invite doshic balance back into our being.
